- Do you fix small appliances? No, we do not. We only service major household appliances such as refrigerators, washer/dryers, and dishwashers.
- Do you charge extra if the call continues after 5:00 pm? Not at all.
- What forms of payment do you take? Checks, cash and credit/debit cards through our web site or call the office during business hours.
- Do you charge for mileage? If you live outside of the city limits of Whitefish, Columbia Falls, Kalispell and such...the charge is $1 dollar per mile both ways from the city limits.
- How do I schedule an annual preventive maintenance checkup? Email, call or use the contact page on this web site.
- Can I put my refrigerator all the way up against the wall? I usually recommend leaving 1/2 inch minimum for space.
- Do you have emergency service after hours or on Sunday? No, we do not.
- Can I store my washer in freezing garage during winter? Yes, as long as its winterized.
- What are some of the most common problems you run into?

- Incorrect venting material used for dryers. Plastic venting is for cold air ducting. When used for dryer venting this can cause a fire and of course poor venting.

- Dryer quit heating... Poor air flow or over heating. It maybe caused by plugged vent, the wrong venting or thermostat is out.
- The dishes are not getting clean. Possibly your dishwasher filters. They need cleaned periodically.
- Oven elements have a blow out or catch on fire. They can do this occasionally. This is normal.
- Refrigerator warming is quite common and could be any number of things. Make sure the condenser is clean and unit is plugged in.
